- Customer Feedback Data: Star ratings and optional written feedback submitted by your customers via your QR codes. This data is collected on your behalf.
- Payment Information: Billing details processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay/Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the dashboard — pages visited, features used, QR scan counts, timestamps.
- Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers when you or your customers use the platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and business locations
- Generate and serve your unique QR codes
- Route customer feedback to Google or your private inbox based on your settings
- Display analytics and reports in your dashboard
- Process your subscription payments and send invoices

- Google Redirect: When a customer submits a 4★ or 5★ rating, they are redirected to your public Google Business Profile page. No personal data is transmitted to Google by us at this step.

- Business Transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you in advance.
