✅ Our commitment: We want you to be genuinely satisfied with StarFlow. If the service doesn't work as described, we will make it right. We offer a 7-day refund window for new annual subscriptions — no lengthy arguments, no runaround.
We believe in honest, straightforward business. We don't want your money if you're not happy with what we've built. At the same time, we're a small team and need clear boundaries to operate sustainably.
This policy outlines exactly when refunds are available, when they are not, and how to claim them quickly.
All new accounts begin with a free trial period before any payment is required. We strongly encourage you to test all features during this trial before subscribing.
This allows you to verify that:
No payment is captured during the trial. You only get charged when you choose to subscribe.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your subscription start date in the following situations:
⏱️ Important: The 7-day refund window begins from the date of first payment, not from the date you activate your QR code. Please contact us promptly if you experience any issues.
The following situations are explicitly not eligible for refunds:
Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:
Send an email to info@gayuma.in with subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Business Name]"
Mention your registered email address, payment transaction ID or invoice number, and a brief reason for the refund request.
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility. If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
Once initiated, refunds are credited within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment method.
Once your refund is approved and initiated by us, the timeline for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
If you do not receive the refund within 10 business days of approval, please contact your bank and then reach out to us with your refund reference number.
Upgrading: If you upgrade your plan mid-year, you will be charged the pro-rated difference for the remaining subscription period. No refund is issued for the lower-tier plan.
Downgrading: Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal date. No refund is issued for the difference in the current period.
Plan changes can be managed from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Gayuma StarFlow charges GST (Goods & Services Tax) as applicable under Indian tax law. When a refund is processed, the GST component is also refunded along with the base subscription amount.
A revised GST invoice or credit note will be issued to your registered email address upon refund completion, as required by Indian GST regulations.
